A Stretch That Goes Deeper

Intermediate: Level 2

Broken into four sections, you have options with your workout.

You can stretch your whole body, focus on upper or lower or target your lateral body which is often neglected. Do them all together for a 60-minute deep stretch that leaves nothing untouched and frees your body from tightness, knots and stress.

  • Accesses and engages muscles in a way that conventional stretching does not

  • Releases the locations where tightness hides

  • Opens up space in your body from deep within

THE BEST STRETCH I'VE EVER DONE

I've always been naturally flexible, but lastics is really helping me own that and improve! I was following the beginner videos for a few months and just started doing the intermediate level ones. I always feel fantastic afterwards, and have my eyes set on the advanced videos once I feel more comfortable with intermediate level :)
