I've been using your "lastics light" stretch video. It's just the thing when I come home all tensed up from work and need a release! I often use this routine to break up long work sessions at the computer. It's terrific!. It wakes up your whole body.

I love the sections that release your spine and stretch out your feet and toes. Since it's only 15 minutes, it's good for an early-morning stretch or to get the stress out of your body at the end of a long day.

PERFECT FOR INCREASING FLEXIBILITY AND RECOVERY!

I've been doing lastics lite daily for three months and it has already increased my flexibility and greatly decreased my workout recovery. I train in martial arts and am getting ready for a pretty severe obstacle course that involves long distance running and upper body movement (climbing over walls, monkey bars etc). This 15 min daily routine has decreased my recovery times and completely stretches out my back and hamstrings.

It has also greatly extended my reach and wingspan. When I started I could barely touch my toes. Now I can bring my palms to the ground without bending my knees. I didn't think it was possible, but learning to release my shoulders and stretch my arms to reach the ground has increased my punching "reach" by several inches.

It's a perfect post-workout static stretch, and it's also a great morning or before bed stretch since it completely stretches you out in about 15 minutes.
