The platform where we run Lastics just got some behind-the-scenes updates, and things will look a little different the next time you log in.
Starting June 2nd, when you sign in to your Lastics account, youβll see a screen to review your profile. You can add a name, photo, bio, and socials. You can also choose if you want your profile to be visible to other members or not.
When you click βContinue,β youβll see a new home feed where you can catch up on whatβs happening, browse recent conversations, and interact with other members.
You still have access to any products or community plans youβve purchased.
To get to your content, click the βProductsβ tab in the left-hand menu. This will display a list of everything you have access to.
We hope you'll enjoy the updates and that the upgrade improves your experience. Let us know if you have any questions.

Great news! Our Lastics Lite workout is available to stream online for the month of June.
It's a quick, 15 minute stretch that we think you might like to add to your routine to keep you feeling free and flexible. Just two to three times a week will make a huge difference! It's great in the morning to get you going or at night to help you sleep better.
For only $10 you can incorporate Lite into your regular fitness routine and stretch as often as you like.βββββββ The rental will end on June 30th.

FAST, PERFECT AND DOABLE AFTER WORK!
βββββββI've been using your "lastics light" stretch video. It's just the thing when I come home all tensed up from work and need a release! I often use this routine to break up long work sessions at the computer. It's terrific!. It wakes up your whole body.
I love the sections that release your spine and stretch out your feet and toes. Since it's only 15 minutes, it's good for an early-morning stretch or to get the stress out of your body at the end of a long day.
I highly recommend it!
