The Workout
The workout will give you a stretch like no other, and also change the way you think about, and understand, your body. It was designed to give people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels a way to improve their flexibility based on techniques dancers use to stay lean and limber. It focuses on learning how to articulate your body so you can stretch the muscles from end-to-end.
To do that successfully you need to learn how to move.
In Level 1, you will not find that the stretches are broken out by "body part." That creates a limitation on the body's ability to take the muscles to their fullest length. Rather, each section moves you through the stretch, hitting multiple targets and training your body with a more elongating and holistic approach.
