DESCRIPTION

Lastics Online Flexiblity Training is series of five lessons designed for personal trainers, fitness instructors, dance teachers, or anyone who wants in-depth flexibility training wherein participants learn how to spot where obscured tightness is restricting movement and flexibility, and further, develop an eye to visually understand the mobility/flexibility story a body is trying to tell.

The course structure is based on the premise that developing muscles should adhere to the same strategies whether stretching or strengthening is the goal. An analysis shines a light on the deficiencies in flexibility training as compared to the abundance of data on strength. This training aligns strength with flexibility in its methodology and training.

THIS COURSE

  • Imparts a knowledge base and skill set that can be practiced by professionals and their clients of all ages, fitness levels and sizes.

  • Creates an inherent understanding that equips any fitness professional, body work specialist or physical therapist to “train” flexibility on par with how they train strength.

UPON COMPLETION...

  3. You will be able to apply these proven techniques to client sessions to help substantially, significantly, and safely increase clients’ flexibility and mobility, and decrease pain.

  4. You will finish with the technical expertise needed to become a flexibility expert.
